Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CenterPoint Intelligence website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Site purpose

The Site is informational. It describes the CenterPoint Intelligence platform and related services. Nothing on the Site is a commitment to deliver software, services, or pricing on the terms shown. Any engagement is governed by a separately executed service agreement between CenterPoint Intelligence and the customer.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, layouts, system architecture descriptions, methodologies, and the CenterPoint name and marks — is the property of CenterPoint Intelligence and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

Customer-owned configuration files, custom AI identities, and operational data created or migrated as part of an engagement remain the customer’s property as defined in the applicable service agreement.

Forward-looking statements

The Site contains descriptions of capabilities, pricing, and roadmap items that may evolve. We may update product features, pricing, and offerings at any time. Pricing displayed is indicative; final pricing is set in the service agreement.

No warranty on the Site

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CenterPoint Intelligence and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Any claim relating to platform services delivered to a customer is governed by the limitation of liability provisions in that customer’s service agreement.

Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
